David All, NewEnergy’s Director of Domestic Manufacturing, has been with the company for nearly 10 years. His robust knowledge of the LED industry has guided customers to superior design solutions and excellence in production of the final product. David grew up in VA and graduated from engineering school at Old Dominion University. He came to Raleigh after graduating, as there were a large number of technical jobs in RTP. He and his wife have two daughters, one a junior in college and one a junior in high school.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Bringing our team’s experience base and vast exposure to component and PCB technologies to work with the customer at the fixture level. Sharing our expertise with our customers is the true definition of adding value to their business.

What is one of your favorite things to do in your spare time?
My long-time hobby is weightlifting. I have a group of grizzled veteran lifters that I work out with 4-5 mornings per week. It’s great therapy to offset the busyness of family and career!
